With the latest easing of capacity restrictions in our Cathedral (see here), we are able to recommence the weekly Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help that is marked in the Cathedral on Saturday mornings. While we are able to restart the Novena, will need to observe the necessary precautions around physical distancing and adopt other measures for the safety of all who attend.
Rather than begin again immediately, the Novena will return in the New Year, celebrated on Saturday mornings, beginning Saturday 2 January 2021. Each Saturday will begin with the Rosary from 8.50 am, followed by Mass at 9.15 am. The Novena itself will follow immediately after Mass, which will be followed in turn by the opportunity to celebrate the Sacrament of Penance until 11 am.
